What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address directly from your account:

  1. Sign into your account here - /my-account/
  2. Go to the Addresses page - /my-account/edit-address/
  3. Select change your "shipping address" option.
  4. If this option is not visible, it means that we won’t be able to cancel your order and it will be delivered to you as scheduled.
  5. If you then wish to return it, please check how to return an item for instructions (in the terms and conditions - /terms-conditions/)
What if I need to modify my order?

Can I cancel my order online?

You can check if you can cancel an order directly from your account: JC Amend Fonts

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Go to Order details page
  3. Select Change your order option.
  4.  If this option is not visible, it means that we won’t be able to cancel your order and it will be delivered to you as scheduled.
  5. If you then wish to return it, please inform us with 14 days and on notification we will advise shipping options to return your items.

What if I need to return my order?
  1. Sign into your account
  2. Go to Order details page
  3. Select Change your order option.
  4.  If this option is not visible, it means that we won’t be able to cancel your order and it will be delivered to you as scheduled.
  5. If you then wish to return it, please inform us with 14 days and on notification we will advise shipping options to return your items.
  6. Items must be returned in their original condition, in their original undamaged packaging, be unused/unworn and returned within 30 days of you receiving them.
  7. Items that are not defective, damaged or incorrect, are not eligible for free returns.
  8. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
    We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any items supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
  9. Full refunds will not be processed if you have damaged the item by trying to repair it without our prior consent.

What charges are refundable and when will I receive a refund on an international return?
  • If you've changed your mind about keeping your item, you'll need to pay for the return delivery or postage (if applicable), and we won't refund the original delivery charge.
  • If you're exercising your EU right to cancel your order within 14 days, we'll refund you for the products and the original standard delivery charge (if applicable).

Your payment method will be credited as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days of receipt or your returned item.

You may cancel the order and receive a refund. We’ll refund the products, delivery and return costs (if applicable) within 30 days of receipt of your return.

Customs and Duties Refunds

We don't process fees or charges related to importing of goods, and therefore are unable to support refunds.

Please contact your local customs to request a refund on customs or duties paid.
